Frontage on both side east fork of Huzzah Creek on approximately 1/3 of mile and same amount of frontage on west side of CR 4430. West side of property joins the Mark Twain National Forest. Electric runs the length of property in the open fields. Spring fed streams enter east fork of Huzzah Creek on both sides. The part west of east fork of Huzzah Creek is steep and forested. Almost all of the part east for the east fork of Huzzah Creek is in a flood plain. The fields are fenced and leased for grazing by a neighbor. Close all gates as there are cattle in the fields.
