The correct address for this lot is 1001 Finn Circle, but the assessor’s office has it wrong and it is taking longer to correct, than I thought. This lot is part of Finn Subdivision, but no HOA, we have deed restrictions instead. 2,500 sq. ft. minimum ranch, horses, cows and sheep are permitted, outbuilding are permitted and there is high-speed fiber. We do have other lots in the area.
